I was working out 45min to an hour, 4 days a week with no real routine. I ended up with a rotator cup injury and my Dr suggesting I go online and get some expert advice. I printed out the intermediate workout from this site and I'm starting it this week. I'm hoping for a slightly leaner look and better overall health. Lots of heart disease in my family and I'm already 34. I'm happy to get any feedback and encouragement.

Welcome to ft Carl. Shoulders are a weak point but they don't have to be a stopping point. The link below is to a previous post on a similar topic and worth the reading time. The injury forum has some pretty good reading if you get a chance to browse.

Thanks for the info. Doc said I was probably focusing on the front and neglecting the back. Workout wasn't well rounded enough, the article you sent seemed to verify that. I love this site!!
