I signed up last night and took a beginners program. went to the gym tonight and it felt great! I have been doing some weights on and off for the last 10 years but never took it too seriously. I am very impressed with the site especially with the facility to track my progress along with all the usful tips i have already picked up scrolling through tis board - keep up the good work
