i got my fitness program but i have no idea on what weights to start on with my lifts, could somebody help me?

Make the first week a testing period to find out just what you can lift. That's what I do whenever I am trying something I haven't done before or done for a long time.

Good advice from Sandy. Try and you'll find your way.
You need to be able to do all the demanded repetitions and the last 2-3 a slight burning.
