Hi today was my first day working my Ft excercise program and I was wondering if anyone else who is just starting would like to be workout buddies here? We can meet in one of the forums and keep in touch on how things are going with each other. Keep each other motivated.
Let me know ~

How was your workout? Did you find it easy or hard? What program are you doing? I'm on my 3rd week of an 8 week prgrm and its really making me work.
And tell us a bit more by filling out your profile.

Hi Chickie. I too just started today. I did legs which went fine and some cardio. But I think it would be great to be workout buddies. It will keep us both motivated, which is what I really need. Keep in touch and let me know how everything is going for you.

Hey Carivan thanks for the reply . I just filled it out. It's funny I couldn't log on to my workout I don't know if it was my ISP or the site was down for awhile today. But I didn't let that stop me and I did calisthenics for half an hour. I am set up to be doing home training 5 days a week. I just started today so I am sure I will be sore tomorrow but that's alright. As for weights - I have a set of dumbbells and no bench so I am doing some curls and I use them when I did my lunges. Are there any other exercises I can do with them without a bench or something sturdy enough to lay back on ? As for cardio I used the house stairs and didn't last long ! I am so out of shape. But that's going to change as long as I can stick to it.
So what kind of ex. program are you working ? Are you enjoying the fruits of your labor after 3 wks? Do you feel better about yourself, have more energy? Oh and by the way why is the sky blue ...LoL
