I have been meaning to get fit for ages now but havnt been able to. the main way i can is at home because of my busy schedule. i need some suggestions for some good homeworkouts for all parts of the body. I am 17 going on 18 and am doing my HSC this year and want to become a personal trainer. If anyone can help me that would be much appreciated.

Welcome to FT, if you fill out a personal ft exercise program with your goals and what you would like to achieve, it makes a whole workout routine for you. just go to the yellow toolbar above and click on myFT Personal Info and choose FT Exercise Program to get started and it will walk you through the rest!
