I am brand new to this site and am trying to figure out the daily food intake portion. I want to add plain, old-fashioned oatmeal, but that doesn't seem to be an option. How do I do this? Thanks in advance! K
I was frustrated with the food tracker at first. Now I figure I read my food labels anyway, so i look for the closest possible listing, and then adjust the portion size of the listing until it is close to the calories or fats listed on the actual food label...
