Hey everyone. I'm michele. I joined this site a year ago and nevr really did anything but at the turn of this new year, I found my motivation. So now I am working with this site to just basically slim down. I have more time at night, though, to go with friends to the gym but spontaneously during the day, I do cardio or yoga. I recently started to learn to bellydance and yoga and I think that has to do with the motivation part. I've been eating a ton more vegatables and stay away from the pizza but I don't really track what I eat all that often. I think I've babled enough for now.
