Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
I created an account a couple of days ago and started my FT Program yesterday. I am really looking forward to the results. I have not worked out in a while and hope that this will help me stick to it.
Hopefully soon I can be one of the people at the gym who actually look like they know what they are doing and are using more than light weight. I feel like such a wimp! :-)
But, hopefully soon that will change.
One question though. I have it set here to work out three times a day for weights but can I do cardio everyday or should I take a day or two off a week from cardio?
