Hi all I just joined this community today. I'm 5'4 about 155 lbs and am looking to lose weight by august (trip to hawaii). Anyway I joined a gym back in sept. but unfortunately I ended up dislocating my knee in an unrelated accident back in Nov. and I haven't been back to the gym since. I'm gonna start going back tomorrow though (eventhough I'm not 100% i HAVE to get back in the rhythm of working out). I was doing so well too. Anyway I just wanted to say hi, I think I can handle the exercise program the nutritional program confuses me though. I was really just hoping for some easy healthy recipes to help me along with my goal.
