Just looking around trying to figure out what's best for me. I am a Mom of 3 just turned 30 and I'm not so much unhappy with the way I look but the way I feel. I have started working office jobs 9 to 5 and when I get home dinner, house work, kids and a husband seem to take up all my time, by the time I actually get to sit down its 9:30 or 10:00 o'clock at night. I have a hard time getting up early in the morning I try to sleep as much as possible I usually get up around 6:30 - 7:00am. SO I am just tired dont have energy anymore is it okay just to work 3-4 days a week to start just want to get some energy up and tone up a little you know butt, thighs, arms and stomach. As you can see time is the biggest issue can anyone suggest some good exercises for home that don't take up alot of time which I don't have (Saturdays I run all those errands grocery shopping etc...Sundays are dedicated to church and quality time with family). Plz Help I know its not impossible. Thank you.

Boy, I know how you feel! I get up at 6:30 and work 8 - 5 and then it helping out with two kids. Same thing about not being able to have ME time until after 9 or so. That's when I go to the Gym. I go three times a week using the FT workout here. I started this week so hopefully I will be able to stick to it.
Also, I have more energy when I work out that if I don't. I believe they have some exercises here that you can do at home as well.

Thank you to all that responded so quickly.....I really am grateful. And I guess that means no Hot Dog and Corn Dog nights or my favorite macaroni and cheese. I do have some good eating habits though I quit all caffeine 4 years ago drink only water and don't do sweets (candy, cookies, ice cream etc are not in my diet) but I love pasta. Eat lots of chicken husband says I'll be one soon.. HeHe Thank you all again Hope to talk again soon. I start exercising this weekend.

Hello all I am new. I hope I found the right place to get myself back in shape. My self-confidence level is really low, it has been for years. I hope eveybody reaches their goals including me. Good luck to all. Not really sure what else to say.
