Hi I just submit a request for a basic guidlines to diet for a contest. It appears that the carbohydrate gm are to high as well as the caloric content. Mine was aprox 2000cal and more carbs than I consume on a daily basis. Dose anyone feel the fat weight loss program is beneficial? Also the reps I feel are some what high. I usually do not go below 12 but sometimes I will go as low as 8
I have heard other people complaining about the carbs been too high I seem to remember someone saying there’s was twice what it should be. Personally I monitor my nutrition myself but you might want to try to find the previous posts about this. As for the reps been too high I can’t say much as you have not given me info to go on or a profile - sorry.
