Hey, I'm going to give this a strong effort. I have lost 50 pounds over the past year and am at a huge standstill for 2 months now. I have started walking 3 miles a day and exercising for the past month and suddenly have new muscle plus 4 extra pounds. That is scarey.

I do want to loose that last 20 pounds and firm, however I'm not doing something right. I will start this program on Feb 3rd. I want to start today but when I try to access my week of exercises it will only let me see 1 day.

Well you’ve got your goal and it sounds like you have the resolve to obtain it, losing 50lb is quite an achievement. Hopefully all you need is a change of exercise to start losing again, though with out a profile I can’t offer much other advice. And I found the program dose not start until the next Monday kind of annoying but oh well. GOOD LUCK
