I'm trying to build my muscles !!!
I'm working out Monday (chest and triceps). Tuesday (back and biceps ) thursday (shoulders ) and friday (legs ).
evrything I read says I should train one day , off the next . These days fit round my work schedule best . Is it being counterproductive .
