I only signed up a few minutes ago and I must say I'm impressed. I'm opting for the home workout right now because having a baby boy and work rules out the gym for now. I've been jogging for about a week and now have decided that I'd like to add a little more to my workout. I do have one question though.
On the workout page it has the number of reps achieved and then the weight used. How should I enter the weight for things like pushups and abdominal twists? Maybe it's just that I'm not supposed to put anything there but fear that I must be missing something.
From what I've seen on the message board everyone seems very friendly. Any input you can give will be much appreciated.
