I've read when doing cardio its good ti switch in the middle.Say you run for 20 mins then stop and jump on a bike/stepper and owrkout for 7-1o mins and then go back to your orginial exercise. the article this will improve your cardio over all Should I give it a go?
it sounds a little familiar to the HIIT. Do a search in here on the HIIT workout and it will tell you what you need to do. This is really great and also a fast way to lose pounds! Good luck!
