I need to know the definition of a Rep. I think that there are 8 exercises per 1 rep is this true. I want to be sure that I am doing enough to complete my work out
So if under push ups it says 15 reps do I really need to do 120 of them?
1 rep is 1 repetition, so if 1 exersise calls for 15 reps you repeat it 15 times. if its 3 sets of 15 reps each, that would mean 45 reps. Hope this helps
