I am new to this website. I am a 25 year old female who has always been in shape all of my life until I went to college and gained the freshman 15. Now that I have graduated I am finding it very hard to eat healthy and loose the excess weight. I still exercise 5 days a week and I am eating very healthy 5 times a day. I need to loose about 10 more pounds and I will be at my ideal weight. Hopefully this website may offer me some insight as to how I can push past this plateau that I hav reached.

Hi Lucy. You interested in just losing weight or building some strength also? Either way, there's lots of information on this site. Keep us posted on your progress.

If you have been in shape all your life then you know that it's all a question about lifestyle. Forget all about dieting but start to eat clean good food, exercise, sleep and smile and you'll see...... (o;

I am interested in mostly loosing weight. I have a pretty good distribution of muscle. I developed some cellulite though when I was in college and not caring as much about dieting and exercising. So now I am paying for it dearly.

I kind of fit in this subject too. Like lucyladybug, I'm just a few years out of college. I've been lifting and running for a few years now and came to ft mostly for new ideas and to share my experiences. Been reading posts for a few weeks - it's good to see so many positive attitudes out there :)

Welcome to both of you. You might want to start tracking your diet and perhaps adding in more cardio with your lifting. It's amazing the little things you will see that add up when you track what you consume, and they equal...the last 10 lbs.

I keep a daily log of what I eat and I do a great deal of cardio. Last night I had kickboxing and tonight I am taking a spin class.

How do I go about tracking exactly what I intake. I keep a record of everything I eat but should I also be logging the carbs, or the proteins, what exactly should I be logging?
