I am 25, 32C-21-31.5 and am looking to tone and gain muscle mass by the end of March. I currently weigh 92 lbs and would like to build my thighs, glutes, calves and define my arms as quickly as possible. Any dancers (exotic or otherwise) out there that would have any tips in regard to exercises, diet, etc.. , I'm all ears!! Any and all suggestions are appreciated!
