Someone help me lose this weight the fastest. I have been watching my diet and increased my cardio to 4 times per week, 15 min on stationary bike, 15 min running 1.5 miles and 15 min on the eliptical stairmachine. Total cals burned is around 400 and I also lift 3-4 days a week to keep toned and gain muscle mass. My obliques are looking better but the mid section is still a layer, I have a 4 pack. I want a 6 pack.....someone help.
You don't have much to loose? The last is always the most difficult. Try cycle your carbs -some days low some days high. And try changing your cardio work out to HIIT.
