Ijust wanted to say hi and thank all you for making me feel welcome and the support you have given me.i've been workingout for about a weak now and in this program 3days.i was a cough potato, but now i'm finding myself wanting to workout even on my days off. heres hoping i can keep feeling this way.THANK YOU ALL especially the ft staff
it is a great addiction to have though, don't ya think! i feel that way alot too, you just want to keep moving! keep up the great work! you'll be in shape in no time.
