I signed up for FT and i got my workout schedule and it doesnt seem like i have alot of exercises for each muscle group. I am used to about 3-4 different exercises per group. Also does the schedule change every week or does it stay the same?
follow the program as it says, but remember to make every exercise count! do your weights correctly and push as far as you can go, trust me, you will feel it! The schedule stays moderately the same for the first two weeks with subtle changes after that. Good luck and don't forget to use proper form while doing the exercises.
