Hi My name is Stacey and I live in South Florida. I am new to the whole exercise thing. I have never had to work out, but now that I have hit 30 I want to keep my shape. I am a small framed girl, but feel that I need to tone my body. I am looking for some sort of meal chart that I can use. I have my daily requirements, so I know where my limits are. welcome to FT stacey, check out the FT nutrition resources at the yellow toolbar above. it can do wonders. it also has a tracker where you can input the foods you eat and keep track of your proteins, fats, calories and carbs to make sure you stay in line.
