I'm trying to get rid of some old diet stuff and I have a 16 oz. can of Atkins shake mix left. Before I spend a fortune on Whey protein, does anyone have an opinion on this stuff:

calories 170
total fat 8 ( this seems high)
potassium 500mg
total carbs 2g
sugar is less than 1g

Protein 23g
Protein blend (calcium caseinate, egg albumin, milk protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein, glutamine peptide)

Thanks for looking!

Well, for one if you just want protien that stuff is just asking you to get rid of it.
A protien supplemnt should have less than 1/2 gram if you don't want to gain. And less carbs also.
Hope this helps.

You might want to do a search on here, there have been many recent discussions on protien. But for sure you want the carbs and fat as low as possible, but don't forget the natural sources also. A supplement is only to enhance your regular diet.
