I'm a 25 yr old at home mom.i gained alot of weight and after yrs of not exercises i'm finding myself in a dead end.i need help on what to do how do get started and how to eat better what is the best foods to eat.

Kids can be tough. My mom had a baby seven years ago. I'm almost 24 now and she was always just naturally thin... after this last pregnancy though she can't lose it. I don't know about you... but I think yoga would be a great place to start. I'm sure you have a ton of stress and it's low impact.

Remember if you can kill it, catch it or pick it you can eat it. Eat everything that is refined in smaller amounts. And your children eat what you eat...not what you tell them to eat.

welcome to freetrainers cathy, there are a lot of different resources available to you here, take some time ot explore the site and see what it has to offer and then set yourself up on a nutrition and exercise plan, this will get you started in the right direction.
