hi... i jus wanted to know the low down on not eating food after 6pm if you're trying to loose wait and stay fit... and how many meals u should have a day and when if training for muscle size gains.....thanks

Eating after 6 isn't a problem unless you are obese, then you wouldn't want to consume any carbs. But aeting a small meal in the evening doesnt do any harm. I eat a post work out meal (not heavy in carbs) sometimes around 10 pm. I'm sure you will get other responses on this also. Hope this helps.

If you are going to eat late, I would suggest to eat high protein such as egg whites. Try and stay away from a lot of carbs. But don't stress too much over the time thing as long as you have a good routine.

It's all a question about total calorie intake during the day...... It's about balance. Now it's true that we are (normally!) more physical active during the day than in the night so it's during the day our bodies need the nutrition.
