Hi, I'm Novice and I'm new to the group. I've been on the prgram for a week now and feel good. I really liekt his site since it works out my specific exercise programme for me, I love it! I have a specific question which I've been trying to get an answer to for years and no one seems to help me: I need a specific nutrition plan for my specific weight training programme eg: breakfast: eat this, this and this, mid-morning: eat this this and this, Lunch: this and this, mid-afternoon,: eat this and this, dinner: eat this and this and evening: eat this and this. Can anyone help me with this please?
