hey people i just started my program 2 weeks ago and i really like it. i used to just go to the gym and do the exercises i felt like doing and this resulted in mostly doing my upperbody and not doing my lower body. This in resulting stretch marks on my upper arms+chest. Now i use this program i work out every part of my body once a week, and hope that the stretch marks don't stretch out too fast. I do have 2 questions, how do i create nice looking abs the fastest, and can somebody please help me with how a diet should look like (and not you have to cut on this+that, and add this+that) i don't know what is in particular food and what isn't. I know the fast (fat) food isn't good, and that fruit is good, but that's it. I probably can't fit in the recommended 6 small meals a day cause i go to school, but i can fit in 4 meals a day, so please somebody help me with that. For the rest this forum+website really gave me a lot of information and helped me a lot with stimulation to see all these other people going fore the same goal, and really see results.
