Hello, I'm a newbie. I've just had a c-section 3 1/2 weeks ago and am ready to start getting back in shape. I can't really work too hard for another 3 weeks but I figure I can start slowly now! I wonder if there are any other new moms out there in the same boat!

welcome to freetrainers and since it has only been a short time since the c section i suggest you start out first with cardio and maybe very light upper body exercises. it might be a bit too soon for anything else. good luck!

welcome ducki! I was in your boat almost 2 yrs ago - like ravenbeauty says, light workout (you will probably get a lot of exercise just doing things for the baby if I remember correctly!)
