hello to all,Im a 27 years old female,have a 17 months old boy and i hav ebeen trying to loose weight but things were not working out. i'm new on this site ..all i want to know is, for how long do i have to wait to get the results for abs excersice to show? i do crunches and few other things for obliques ..i also want to know that i'm have a heavy chest so will the excersize increase my chest and make it more busty as that i really dont want...plz help me on this and advice me some excersice for reducing upper chest size ...thanks
Welcome to ft! Contrary to what you may have seen or heard, you cannot spot reduce. You will need to lower your overall bodyfat. You can do this by adopting a sound diet, cardio exercise 3-4x weekly and resistance training. The combination of these will greatly increase your chances in getting that body you've always wanted.
