Any ideas how I can get past a stickin point or a rut I have been running into in the gym. I just haven't been getting the gains that I have hoped for in the past few months. I have tried changing my workout around and doing more reps and less weight recently. Going to see if that will work. I am up for any other ideas.

You say past few months...maybe its time for a week off? One usually comes back stronger.
Or perhaps a totally new routine. You will come out of it ok.
If you take a week or 2 off don't forget to continue eating as you were when training.
