Hello guys out there. I am new to this site. I am excited about starting this program actually. I have been working out for the last two/maybe/three years and I am still not getting the right results.
I have lost weight, but muscle is still missing. Therefore, I am looking forward to sharing my results with the community!!

Welcome and we are excited to hear the results. If you are concerned about gaining mass and not losing much weight, then start with a mass building program and keep your cardio low with good diet. To build mass you need lots of protein and carbs in your diet. This will surely give you some good results.
