Hi Everyone- I'm new and I haven't excersised constistantly EVER. My problem is sticking with it. I have managed to continue a cardio routine for the past 2 months. However, I would like to do some strength training. I have a Crossbow and plan to try a 3 day a week program in conjunction with the cardio. I'll keep you posted. Also, any help you could offer would be well received, as I am a beginner.
