I am in need of losing about 20lbs Can someone please give me a one week diet that I can follow. Please make it one where I can eat 6 small meals a day.

Im not asking for a diet where I would be losing 20lbs in one week Im asking for a diet wHere I can follow the same diet over a course of weeks (2-3 months) to lose the wieght.
i do not want to lose a lot of weight,but i do want to define my body..however i need some sort of "diet" to aid me as i do cardio and lift weights:dumbbell:...any ideas?i need a good example of a 5-meal/day concept.
