Hello Everyone, I am starting my program tomorrow, wish me luck. After being athletic in high school, I put on weight in college after a leg injury that took a while to heal. I could lose a good 30 lbs easy. I know I needed to add weight training into my routine, and this site has been helpful in designing a program. I never have been serious about weight training before, but I have the time and can really want to make the effort now. Any advice is appreciated.

I too start tomorrow. Like you said I was also athletic in highschool, then when I moved out of my parents house it all went down hill from there. I just gave birth to my first child 10 monthes ago and have all that weight to lose as well. This site has been very helpful in getting me on the right track. Good luck to everyone else starting this week, I know we can all do it!!
