I've just signed up and printed out my personal training outline and it has me scheduled to exercise mondayy, tuesday, wednesday, friday and saturday and the ab plan has me doing it on wednesday and saturday, this doesn't work into my schedule (monday, wednesday, thursday, every other saturday, and every sunday) is it ok to just switch the days around as long as I keep the program in order? Also, do I understand it right that a 5 min walk on treadmill is a warm-up at what speed level? Also, what speed should I set the treadmill for and for how long to consider it a cardio workout? and should I do the cardio workout before or after my fitness workout? I would also like to include swimming in my program (my gym has a pool). also how much weight should I start with on the fitness program?

Yes, you can switch your days around if needed. It won't hurt anything. 5 min warmup would be at a level that gets your heart rate up a little. It depends on the person. For a cardio workout you want to do it for about 30-60 minutes and again the level would depend on your fitness level. There should be a heart rate chart somewhere on you treadmill or at the gym somewhere. It is best to seperate your cardio from your weight lifting it possible otherwise it really depends on you which to do first. Swimming is a great form of cardio, so yes include it. The weight will also depend on you. Try s lower weight to begin with, if you finish you set without really "feeling it" then up the weight. You will get used to it after a little while training. Hope this helps.
