Hello all,
Stats: 31, male, 190lbs, 5' 10"
One year ago I was 220lbs, I used Atkins to drop the 30lbs and it has stayed off. I still have a thicker middle than I want and so I got myself a new weight bench etc. and here I go.
This site is great because for me one of the hardest parts was putting together a workout schedule. I am waiting to see what the catch is, with such a good site I wonder where their revenue comes from. So far I have not even got any spam from this site or any "affiliates". Most Excellent.
Anyways I have set up an excercise program on here and am on day 3. Free weights are wicked, previously I had a clothes rack..err Soloflex. It worked muscles but not like free weights!

Will do, I'm going to cruise with my excercise program for several weeks first to get my feet nice and wet and then see about "kickin it up a notch".
It looks like a nice community here, I look forward to progressing with all of you.
