Greetings all,
I am a 30 year old mother of 2, I amd 5"11' and weigh 150lbs. I would really like to drop about 15 pounds, my question is this, is there any way I can lose weight and tone up w/no fitness equipment at all? I was going to a gym over the summer, and saw great results, however, I have moved into a bigger home recently, which means bigger house payment and I do not have the funds to join a gym. I find now that I have not been weight training and doing any cardio workouts recently that I feel very run down and gernally yucky...can anyone please give me some advice on working out from home? I know what I can do in a gym, but, I am completely clueless about at-home workouts...thanks all :P Nicole

Hi Nicole Well I'm 5'11 and weight 152 lbs!! (o; hmmm lol and I cannot really imagine me with 15 lbs less! Can you buy some small dumbbells or a rubberband? Lots of great home exercises can be done......
We had some similar posts about home training. Try to do a search and you'll see.
Good luck!

you can use milk jugs when you are done with them fill them with water and bam instant weights, use what level you can till you are lifting the entire jug filled. Also soup cans are good to start with as well.

Hi, and welcome to this site. I workout the floor exercise and rubberbands and i get a good workout. I am tall and thin but i feel tight and good after a full body workout. I am looking into getting some steel weights, but for now i do what i can with what i have. Good luck.
