First of all, I am unable to find a lot of the foods I eat in the database. Is there anyway of adding them?
Secondly, although I stated in signup that I would be exercising totally at home with only weights, some of my exercises are with other equipment I do not have.
Lastly, at sign up they asked about parts of your body that you need to be award of when exercising. I have knee problems but the only thing that was available to check was "leg" so now I have very little in the way of leg exercises..
Is there any way around thes things? I really like this place but these things are kind of discourging me.
Ok as to the food I do not think there is a way to add. Secondly as to your exercise problems, put in different exercise on your own if you need to. The plan set up is not set in stone. And for your knee question, if you have been to a doctor and they say it is ok start leg exercises slowly and take it easy at first. Hope this helps
