just drink only water, and cut out most of your fat. Also to cardio, 3-5 times a week.

maas66 ... Could the gain of weight be in muscle mass? Do your clothes still fit the same or better then when you weighed less? You could be losing the fat but gaining in muscle mass. Just a thought.

If midnight snacking is a big problem, stick with high protein, low carb foods. This will make a big difference along with your regular diet- I hate to use the word diet, because most consider a diet pratically starving yourself. A diet to fitness is 5-6 small meals a day. You will get plenty to eat, as a matter of fact a lot of people think they are eating too much because they are always full. Good luck and welcome.
