I have been lifting weights on and off for a number of years. I was just curious as to why there seems to be such a low number of exercises on any given training day (e.g. 3-4). I placed my self as an intermediate exerciser. Should I perhaps place myself higher or just start here and see how it works out?
Well, i think the reason for the low exercises is because there are 3-5 sets, and you should have a high-intensity level. You should be worn out at the end of your workouts.
