Hi, everyone. I am here because (obviously) I need to lose some pounds. I am planning on following the personalized exercise plan that this site gave me, however I'm also going to start cutting my calory intake from who knows what to 1000 a day for the first month. If anyone knows any good low-calory meal recipes for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks. :)
Welcome to the site. 1000 calories a day? Doesn't sound healthy, especially if you will start working out. Like Sandysford said, check out the recipe forum and also check out the nutrition section of the site. Good Luck
