I just started my new workout today and am looking for some advice. I am going to college so i am not bale to eat the diet given to me. I do eat allot of fruit and carrots and water. As well has a lunch and dinner. Does anyone have any eating ideas for me. I Am taking hydroxycut and protein shakes every day. if someone could please write back wiht some ideas. Thanks
