My name is Vicki and I am trying to lose weight and get fit.
Through the winter months I was exercising 4 times a week, by doing circuit weight training, water aerobics and kick boxing water aerobics. Now with spring here, I only get to the gym 1/week and the other days I am walking in my neighborhood.
My highest weight was 247 and I am down to 215 (I think), it has been 2 weeks since I weighed in. (I belong to TOPS).
I have a 9 year old son who is almost 5 feet tall and weighs 145 pounds, what kinds of exercises would be good for him and nutrition or recipes would you suggest.
