I'm a cereal addict and I'll eat for a meal anytime. My question is, is cereal okay? I mean, when you're trying to lose weight and all? I don't buy it if it has too much crap in it. I just would hate to give it up... thanks all =)

Hi Miranda I don't think that it would be too bad for you - if you aren't eating any sugar coated cereals...I would recommend ensuring that you get the proper amount of your other food groups throughout the day though- grains are important, as are fruits, dairy etc etc. Hope this helps

KASHI ceareal has great nutro-check it out,it's great tastig,fiberous,has protine,low fat,and can be eaten without milk you can check it out here: http://www.kashi.com/ I personaly love it.

Well I avoid cereals since I'll eat too much as well. Those crunchy cereals (even the non sugar, fiberous good ones) just make me even more hungry and I'll be eating/snacking on them all day long. Nope, it wouldn't be good if I want to stay slim....... Everything eated too much get bad, everything in moderation and you'll be fine.
