well, there are a lotttt of supplements to use from.....but you have to realise that supplements are not miraCLE MEDICINES....THEY ARE JUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING YOUR DIET THAT HAS TO SUPPORT YOUR DIET. The best thing i believe there is for muscle mass is probably creatine.....pure creatine with a combination of a good protein supplement,glutamine.....and enough calories to keep you running.
