Check out FTs' suggestions for the top 5 supplements for natural bodybuilders. These are the basics, and will give you a sound foundation of common sense supplementation. Untill you have a bit of training & nutrition experience under your belt, your best bet is to stick with the basics, as anything beyond these suggestions is an experimental experience. Good luck.

well,
there are a lotttt of supplements to use from.....but you have to realise that supplements are not miraCLE MEDICINES....THEY ARE JUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING YOUR DIET THAT HAS TO SUPPORT YOUR DIET.
The best thing i believe there is for muscle mass is probably creatine.....pure creatine with a combination of a good protein supplement,glutamine.....and enough calories to keep you running.
