I am taking whey protein and creatine monohydrate. I would like to know everyones opinion about this.

Great for muscle growth. I don't use whey as it causes me a lot of gas and gastric prob's which to some people, soy(my preference), does the same to them. Just a matter of personal choice. Read the Creatine Newsletter on line for more info on creatine subjects.

Sounds Pretty good. Just be sure to cycle your creatine. 4-6weeks on and 4-6 weeks off. Drink lots of water while on it.
