Do you guys think it`d be a good idea ?

and is it ok to take the ZMA right after/before Glutamine ?

I take my one of my servings of glutamine and ZMA together just before bed. Its a perfect combo for recuperation/growth hile sleeping. As for tribulus, in my honest opinion, I think you should try the ZMA alone first. If you aren't feeling a difference after about 2-3 weeks, then maybe try the tribulus. I've personally never tried the stuff because the ZMA works pretty good.

ZMA + tribulus: forget Viagra!

I got Z-MASS for now
In Canada it`s for $48 but one place had it for $72.....

so, you only take it before goin` to sleep ?

I take ZMA HP just before working out (I workout in the early morning) and just before bed. Taking it 2x a day will keep testosterone levels elevated all day and night, as well as keeping a positive zinc/magnesium balance (very important when you drink a lot of water).

getbuffed.com(which is a link from ft) says in the supplement section that zma's and tribulis together work wonders. the tribulis makes your body want the testosterone and the zma's produce it.
