Hey sorry if I had spelled that wrong. Anyway this sup was brought up on the 24 by a fella and was never followed up on by him. I took this stuff a year or two ago. I liked it. I am not sure though if there is any evidence that it actually works. Can someone tell me why it does or doesn't work.

I took it for a while and noticed nothing. But a friend told me he did not think that it had a transport, so you ned it a few times a day to really get around 5g. Thats what i heard, Im back to Cell Builder Powder though.
I think that company (Muscle Marketing USA?) Has a new form of that stuff in a drink. Not sure of specs on that though.-snow

I also took the serum for a while and I did seem to reap some minor benefits, but that could of been my training alone. I do have to say that it is very convenient though. :)
