I have heard lots of differing answers on this...but is creatine safe for women to take? I know that drinking lots of water is very important when using creatine... should I be incorporating it in to my fitness regimen?
Thanks!

It should be ok for women as it aids in cell recovery from heavy exercise. One downside to women in some cases may be the extras 5 lbs. gained from the necessary water neede bodily to keep up with cellular needs. So if you're trying to gain strength/size creatine helps with that definitely. If toning/endurance/weight loss is your goal then I would advise against it.

You guys need to forget the creatine. I have used creatine and can honestly say proper diet, protein, vitamins, and consistent lifting is all you need. Creatine is a waste of money and the long term effects are unknown. I don't think it is unsafe, just unnecessary. Spanishgirl, if you want mass, go heavy or go home. If you are seeking a toned look, drop bodyfat and lift weights.
