Has anyone out there used PROLAB N-Large II Protein powder?? $18.95 for 3.8 lbs. is a good deal if it works. Thanks. Any recommendations? What creatine should I use with this?

Arnold,
I'm not sure if I will ever compete but I know I would like to pack on a lot of muscle. I can't gain weight fast enough 'cause of high metabolism. I am eating more and gaining some though. I have definite progress in size and strength; I've been training for 10 weeks. I don't want to rush it but would like to get quicker gain. I'm at 160'ish and man, I'm not sure what I will be at in 6 months with supplementation and good workouts.
I'm excited about it!! Where are you in your training life?? I will take any advice I can get. Thanks for your input Arnold.

Cool...I like Optimum Nutrition's whey protein. It taste great and I have seen good results. Very affordable as well. Go with the standard 5-6 meals per day. This will let your body feed on what is in your stomach rather than your muscles. This will protect the size you have put on and help you continue in that. Mass is best gained by going heavy and getting proper rest. The act of lifting does not build muscle, it is the rest times. Any other questions? I love this stuff.

Thanks w8. I find it hard to eat so many meals when I have to work all day and just can't find the time. I do eat when I can and try to pack it away though. I know I need to up the weight and cut back on the reps some. Thanks for the protein info. Isn't this website great??
